How to Be a Great Manager
Description
Management is one of the hardest things to learn because it’s mostly dependant on the most chaotic and confusing thing in the world: human behaviour.
However, that doesn’t mean there aren’t principles that you can use in your quest to become the world’s greatest manager. And the most important thing to realize is that if you don’t know where you’re going, it’s impossible to lead anyone there.
That’s why planning and management go hand-in-hand. If you don’t have a cohesive vision and roadmap for your business, how can you expect your team to behave predictably and reliably? How they can possibly make great decisions if they don’t know what criteria they should be using to make those decisions?
This workshop will walk you through the planning necessary to give yourself the context to guide your team. And it also covers the meeting rhythms required to give your team that context and keep it top of mind as they move through their day-to-day operations.
Both pieces are necessary. Sharpen the ol’ management saw by reviewing the How to Be a Great Manager Virtual Workshop!
